At OxeeGear, we value your satisfaction and want your shopping experience to be seamless. Please review the following return and exchange guidelines before making a request.

✅ Replacement Policy
  • You are eligible for a replacement of the exact same product you ordered.
  • Replacements are accepted only if:
    • The product is damaged/defective on arrival.
    • You received the wrong size compared to your order.
  • Replacement requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.
    Replacement will be done within 2 days || Replacement product delivery will be done within 2-4 days
  • Clear unboxing or product photos are required to validate the request.
  • No replacements are allowed for change of mind, wrong size ordered by customer, or expectation-based issues.
🔄 Exchange Policy
  • We currently offer product exchanges only; cash refunds are not available.
  • A nominal ₹100 exchange fee will be charged per exchange request.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the requested size/variant.
  • Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange only.
    Exchange will be done within 2 days || Exchange product delivery will be done within 2-4 days
📦 General Requirements for Returns/Exchanges
  • The product must be:
    • Unused and unworn.
    • In its original packaging with all tags intact.
    • In the same condition as received.
  • Requests will only be processed after receiving photo or unboxing video evidence and our team’s approval.
  • Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back.
  • In case of size exchange or non-defective returns, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For defective/damaged products, OxeeGear will cover the return shipping.
🚫 Non-Returnable/Final Sale Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items.
⏳ Processing Timeline
  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, exchanges/replacements will be processed within 2-4 business days.

    Once the refund is approved amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.
🌍 International Orders
  • Currently, our return & exchange policy applies only to domestic (India) orders.
  • International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
ℹ️ Important Notes
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Any exchange or replacement will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
  • OxeeGear reserves the right to deny return/exchange requests that do not comply with the above policy or appear fraudulent.
